RV Park & Horse Boarding Policies

Welcome to our RV Park & Horse Boarding Facility. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

General Policies:

Check-In & Check-Out:

- RV check-in: By appointment
- RV check-out: By appointment
- Horse boarding check-in/out: By appointment
  
  Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  
  Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the property for the safety of all guests and animals.
  
  Pets:
  - Dogs must remain on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after them.
  - Aggressive pets are not permitted.
    
    Trash Disposal: Please use designated trash receptacles.
    
    Respect for Others: Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or disrespect toward staff or guests will result in immediate removal from the property.

RV Park Policies:

Full hook-up sites must be properly connected to electrical, water, and sewer hookups.
No washing of RVs or vehicles unless approved by management.
No long-term storage of personal items outside RVs.
Any damage to the site or property will be charged to the responsible guest.

Horse Boarding Policies:

All horses must have up-to-date vaccinations and a current negative Coggins test.
Owners are responsible for the daily care and well-being of their horses unless full-care services are arranged.
No unauthorized feeding of others' horses.
Tack and equipment must be stored in designated areas.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.

By booking a reservation at our facility, guests agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
